Hand in Hand Partnership Spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Who We Are

Hand In Hand was established in 2008 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit ministry. Its primary purpose is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ as the Holy Spirit leads in building the Kingdom of God.

That translates in practice in a multi-faceted manner: (a) taking the Gospel to the nations, (b) highlighting and transmitting, as in oral tradition, the full story of God’s redemption, (c) serving alongside national/indigenous leaders desiring to partner together, (d) loving unconditionally, regardless of differences, in the likeness of Christ, (e) teaching the central themes of “Our Oneness With Christ” and “The indispensable Person of the Holy Spirit”, (f) loving and serving the truly persecuted churches, and, (g) purposing together for maturity and multiplication of leaders as described in 2 Timothy 2:2-3.

Hand In Hand desires to reach the world for Christ in many cultures, languages, and nations. The Spirit is enabling thus far, and confirming the path.

Its partners are churches, Great Commission organizations and individual Christians. Hand In Hand discourages non-believers to support its ministry, unless they are directed by God to do so.

At the Core

Our passion in Hand In Hand revolves around the centrality of Jesus Christ, the work of the Holy Spirit, and being the hands and feet of the Savior who said: “Go into all nations.”

The Teaching Core includes God’s Redemptive Story, the story that encompasses all other stories or sinful world and the redeemed.

Our ministry desires to share the love of Christ in every way possible with all people especially the down-trodden and marginalized, and seeing persons becoming true followers of Jesus Christ.

Our Beliefs

We believe that central to reaching people of all nations is to equip national believers and leaders, men and women, to grow and multiply organically like the cells of the human body. We believe that Nationals reaching Nationals is the most efficient stewardship of resources and leveraging locally Spirit-gifted leaders.

We believe in the power of Prayer, the power of the Word, and the invincible and undeterred power of the Holy Spirit who sovereignly executes the divine purposes and will of God as he deems appropriate.

We believe in teaching consistently and communicating practically the Biblical truth of “Our Oneness With Christ” as different from, and complementary to being “in” Christ. Being IN Him is our identity. Being WITH Him speaks to our fellowship and service to Him in complete surrender, obedience, and living the crucified life with Him.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to share the love of Christ in an intentional and incarnational manner with all people, especially the downtrodden and marginalized. It is to help, encourage, and demonstrate to them to become true followers of Jesus Christ. Hand in Hand uses all resources provided through partnerships with fellow believers to support ongoing missions efforts. At the same time, Hand In Hand is not locked into a predetermined agenda, other than the glory of Christ alone. Therefore, we are engaged at times in “spot support”; that is, meeting a need “on the spot”, unknown before, but discerning its urgent nature and being sensitive to the prompting of the Spirit. We come alongside and train national/indigenous leaders for fruitful ministry. This takes time. Therefore, we make every effort to send 100% of all donations to the field for maximum impact and effective use. We are deeply committed to full accountability and consistent transparency to the Lord and to our partners.
